James lives in Yaoundé, Cameroon, with his family. He studied geology and labor law at the University of Yaoundé in Cameroon.
Raised in a Christian family, he began attending Sunday School at the Christian Science church in his community when he was eight years old. Since that time, James has served his local branch church in many different roles.
James has always had the desire to help others and humanity through the understanding of God’s love. This led him into the public practice of Christian Science healing. He has been listed as a practitioner in The Christian Science Journal since 2005. In his practice, he has witnessed healings of fibroids, prostate problems, hepatitis, yellow fever, typhoid fever, rheumatism, stomach pain, deformed bone and fractures, and the effects of witchcraft.
James hopes to share and explain the power of Christian Science healing in his lectures. He lectures in French and English.

A physical or mental healing can seem miraculous, incomprehensible, even mysterious. But these are natural happenings. As the Bible demonstrates, genuine Christian healing is a result of better perceiving our relationship with God, Love. Christian Science helps us understand how Jesus’ healings happened. Like Jesus’ teachings indicate, it is the light of divine Truth uplifting human viewpoints to know the truth that sets us free. James explains this understanding of how healing happens and gives examples he has witnessed that prove the practicality and accessibility of Jesus’ life and teachings–for all of us.

The incorruptible identity of man
“Say the truth and the devil will be ashamed.” This saying from James’s native Cameroon, when seen through the life of Jesus, can be interpreted to mean that your true identity is sinless and pure. You have nothing in common with the liar, with anything unlike your true God-given nature.
However, many believe that identity is our appearance and our circumstances, and is subject to change. But Christian Science explains how the Bible shows our identity is linked to our perfect and loving God, with whom we have an indestructible, invariable relationship.
James’s lecture discusses what makes up our real identity, and how we can prove that all of us have an incorruptible individuality. He also shares healings demonstrating that an understanding of our true selfhood brings health and progress to our circumstances.
The healing power of divine Love
All of God’s creations are governed by divine Love and its healing power—including us. In his lessons and sermons, Christ Jesus demonstrated the healing power of God, divine Love. He also illustrated the relationship between us and God. His teachings remain deeply relevant today. By following the example that Jesus set and understanding this relationship between every individual and God, others have found healing of physical and mental ailments, from financial lack to chronic illness, and even societal injustices.
