How do I redeem my complimentary student ticket?

Go to the Welcome Desk at the How Do You See the World? experience, and display the complimentary student ticket on your phone, or print it out and bring it with you. Please have and show your valid student ID when you show your ticket. You may only redeem this complimentary student ticket in person.

When redeemed, this complimentary student ticket grants one student with valid student ID free admission to the Mapparium globe in the How Do You See the World? experience.* All other exhibits in the How Do You See the World? experience are always free.

Can I reserve my Mapparium globe tour in advance online?

You cannot reserve your tour in advance online using the complimentary student ticket. With the complimentary student ticket, Mapparium globe tours are first come, first-served and can only be booked in person at the Welcome Desk. Tours run every 20 minutes.

What is the How Do You See the World? experience + Mapparium globe?

Come explore stories about global progress—how individuals worldwide have overcome challenges and found hope. Walk through the iconic Mapparium globe, a three-story, stained-glass globe enhanced with music, audio narration, and a light show. Then, reflect on how you see the world while exploring the surrounding interactive exhibits, and learn about the woman who founded the Christian Science church and The Christian Science Monitor, Mary Baker Eddy.
