  2. I'm with Avis -- totally blessed. Thank you Brian, truly inspiring.

  3. What a wonderful find! Thank you for posting this!

  4. This lecture was exactly what I needed to hear tonight. Thank you Brian, and TMC for this lecture. So many helpful thoughts. It is just amazing how the Christ speaks to us when and how we need it most...giving us grace for today.

  5. Thank you, Brian, for this beautiful lecture, full of warmth and love. I very much liked your responses to questions; in each one, there was something said that I could really use. Especially liked, "Go to work in the morning for God" -- what perfect advice for all, whether one is a student, a worker, retired, or in search of work. As Blossom proved so well, no one can be unemployed, or employed in the wrong situation, who goes to work in the morning for God!

  6. Wow! Great lecture, thank you Brian for making it clear that not all roads lead to Rome but to God. There's no two ways about it, no matter how much you try, how cunning you are, soon or later you need to turn to God...

  7. What an outstanding lecture! Thank you, Brian, and TMC for this beautiful and inspiring talk. So clear, helpful, and reaches all of us -- no matter at what stage of our experience. Ditto for #5's remarks.
I will listen to this one again!

  8. thank you so much

  9. Brian is an amazing metaphysician. His command of Christian Science is inspiring. I hope there are a lot more lectures from him.

  10. Thank you Brian, for reminding us to trust God, to stay with the truth of our spiritual being, the need to be obedient. Your eloquence put it all in perspective.

  11. My favorite part was when he said Mind and Love go together. Mind will tell you...that was great! Been praying on that all day

  12. A totally inspiring lecture. Thank you.

  13. Thank-you all for these talks on the internet. I am filled with much gratitude for them. Thank-you to ALL who make them get all the way to New Zealand! Fiona

  14. Thank you so very much. Just what I needed to hear this morning. Working for God not an employer.

  15. Thank you for the inspiring and comforting talk. It is reassuring to know that our real work is to please God and that it never stops. If God never retires, then His expression is ever active also. Jesus said "My meat is to do the will of him that sent me..." (John 4:34) and "I do always those things that please him.." (John 8:29). "Each individual must fill his own niche in time and eternity" Mary Baker Eddy writes in Retrospection and Introspection, p. 70.

  16. Lovely, very much enjoyed this lecture, thank you Brian.

  17. Thank you Brian, this is a terrific lecture and I have learned so much from you. Alot of what you have covered, I am going through now and you have given me fresh perspective. Thank you again

  18. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I NEED TO LISTEN AND LISTEN AND GET LESS IRRITATED WITH MYSELF IT SEEMS. GOD NEVER RETIRES ON ME, SO I SHOULDN'T EITHER. I LOVE TEACHING SWIMMING AND WANT TO HELP OTHERS.

  19. What a wonderful lecture full of love, truth, encouragement and hope. There is a place for us all we just need to know how to listen and trust. Thank you Brian for putting over so clearly and succinctly how we can listen and learn from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.

  20. What a lovely talk with so many helpful messages and examples. Thank you so much Brian and thank you to the cs.com team for putting it on the internet so all can be blessed.

  21. Thank your for a wonderful lecture. Well spoken, easy to follow and understand, inspiring, interesting, and I will listen to this one again. You kept my attention the entire time. I loved this one.

  22. Amazing lecture!!! I could have continued for an hour more! I just stumbled onto this lecture in the midst of a career choice. Thanks you Brian! Well spoken!

  23. Loved it, Brian! I worked for a Doctor once while I was deeply into studying C.S. It worked wonders for helping me to talk to his patients and other doctors and hospitals. It was just the perfect job for me at the time - meeting my need as well as the Doctor's needs and his patients' needs. I say we could use a lot more Christian Scientists working in hospitals and in Drs.' offices! What a perfect place to share and spread the Truth of Christian Science - right on the "battle field", so to speak! Thanks again!

  24. Good show. Thanks for sharing.

  25. Dear Brian - I JUST LOVE this lecture you delivered. So real, so extemporaneous, so fresh. I have been to countless CS lectures, which I all appreciate very, very much. Yet, you, as a lecturer, express something that I can so easily relate to. I think it is the SPIRIT that you imbibe, throughout the lecture - NOT just letters!! Hurray and Thank you sooo much!

  26. Dear Brian,

Thank You so much for this lecture.I found it very inspiring.

  27. Thank you very much for this wonderful lecture!! I loved all the stories, and especially the reminders that we are always employed by God, that God is constantly talking to us, and is "very smart"! The whole lecture really lifted me up -- with such powerful ideas!
    Thank you!

  28. Thanks a million Brian! Your lecture delivery is so touching and promising. It inspired me to keep trusting God. This job I have now was a calling for me. It was God-inspired how I came to your country. But now I "need" to go back home because of a physical difficulty and besides my documents need to be renewed in my country of origin. So I will keep trusting God because He knows what I need and that He has a purpose for me too!

  29. Dear mr.Brian Talcott, It is 3:15pm herein Holland. I got early from my job . Saw your lecture ,started listing ,halfway a thought come to me and I fell a sleep at my table. (Sorry) I started again ...that thought came back. I finished listening to your lecture. Emailed it to 3friends. My thought: a month before 9/11 I was in a village S.Germany ( my first holiday in 15 yrs) 3days listing to Gods words. A n.lady dropped me at the railway station to go home, the Hauge, in the train I thanked God for all these new lessons ( I was in 7 th sky). I got home :Telefone, turn your TV on, reluctantly I did : New York 9/11, direct I pray:no devil you will not get me off my 7th heaven. Please God help them(100times over)then I was not a CS believer. Now I am a Christian Science believer and say it around to. Now listening to you I know it is just write what mrs. Eddy shows us in her CH book, what to do if anybody needs a job or future (me).
Thank you a million times for this lecture, God Bless you and your fam.

  30. I listened to your lecture, I think for the second time, yet it was as if I hadn't heard it before. So many more helpful ideas "got through." Thank you so much for your gentle instructions about how to trust God to care for us and listen, listen, listen. I love the way you "test" ideas with the 7 synonyms to see if a particular thought or direction is from God, Good. I look forward to this week's lesson "God the Preserver of Man." I'm sure your ideas will give it extra vibrancy. How timely. A perfect example of how God knows what we need and "prepares a table in the wilderness" for us. Thank you so much again.

  31. Listening with a dear, dear elderly neighbor who grew up in a Christian Science home. I have learned so much as we listen and watch the videos. Brian is inspirational and his voice is quite comforting to her. She is 84 and bedridden. We liked his lecture and found many lessons within it. Will continue to Work for God. I shall apply myself to listen to God better. Thank you for the reminder. Fantastic lecture!

  32. Hi Brian: Just got to listen to this talk and it was so timely. We are making decisions about "change" and so much of what you shared here is soooo helpful. Thanks so much. So good to hear that gentle voice of yours and hear this clear message. I will share with a granson who is getting ready for Navy Bootcamp, also. Ann Botts, Banning, CA

  33. I feel totally blessed by this lovely talk. Thank you Brian for all the incredible truths you have voiced in this lecture, they have really helped me and I shall listen again !

  34. Dear Brian. Here it is now OCT, 2013 and your message of truly listening to God has gained my undivided attention. I listened twice! I feel indebted to Mary Baker Eddy for her persistence in tuning into God constantly and overcoming the restrictions and boundaries of her day. Then to lead us forever in following God and understanding His Son, Christ Jesus could not have been accomplished without listening, obeying and acting. God bless you for this enlightening message.

  35. OH Brian, This was meant for me today. that's how we know, I WAS lead to listen to this on these subject. especially the last comment ,But I Had to two laugh ,because of my boss now I cant leave the job early, but Who would want to, Thanks RJor

  36. Brian,
Thank you so much was great.

  37. Thanks for your lecture
I'm forwarding it to my daughter in Australia

  38. Thank you Brian for that wonderful lecture. Everything you spoke of was what I'am dealing with in my life to day. I just suffered a great loss of a dear pet and I have been trying to find peace. This morning I found a verse in revelations that delivered God's message to me. Chapter 21 verse 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. I heard God talk to me always and sometimes I just don't hear what I want to hear or misunderstand so I go into my quiet place so I can hear God clearly to understand. I am at the age of 48 without employment and after listening to your lecture I was inspired to know I do not have to be afraid God has a job for me. In answer to one of your guest questions, I am not a Christian Scientist but with the help of my mother whom is a CSP I am studying and learning it and have found a help in all my troubles.

  39. Thanks for this lecture. You've made me appreciate that this wonderful truth is open to everyone, regardless of their occupation ... I am working on being more open to sharing this precious Science with others and your lecture is most inspiring in this way.

  40. Excellent job! Thank you so much!

  41. Wonderful lecture. Thank you.

  42. Brian: A Wonderful lecture. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Ann Botts
