Kevin, you've reminded me of an injunction I used to use in business, "Never assume." I see now how important it is to confront the assumptions presented by mortal thinking and dismiss them. Thank you.

Kevin, that was a very creative way to come to this subject and a very interesting subject as well. I will now examine my own life for assumptions that I didn't know I was entertaining.

Thank you for yet another great lecture. I loved especially the thought from John that "in the beginning was the word" and that in the beginning of any basis of thought should be the word or Truth so you begin with what is real instead of guesswork. Also was expressed the idea that if you see something from the beginning as Jesus and Mary Baker Eddy did then when things come to you (Lazarus, 38 year old who can't walk, adulterous woman or...the man born blind) that you ca start from the Truth and end up with Truth. I love the idea of a "belief basket" It puts our assumptions in a neat pile to take out to the trash. I am working on another trip out - after this very good lecture. I also love the matchstick puzzle. A good illustration for sharing and remembering not to be tricked by what is presented but to trust Divine Mind for all intelligence and for every puzzle that comes our way. Thank you.
