A diet you can easily follow

Steve Drake

Eating a balanced meal should not be as complicated as a chemistry experiment. CAN PRAYER ACTUALLY HEAL?

Moji-bw

By Moji Solanke

The answer to this question depends primarily on what prayer is, and what it does. Mouthing lofty words that have divine, spiritual or holy connotations cannot really of themselves heal. Don’t play March madness with your health

Roger Whiteway

By Roger Whiteway

Can maintaining good health be more predictable than filling out a March Madness bracket?

The role of spirituality in health care

By Eric Nelson

Dr. Donald Moss, then president of the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (AAPB), decided to devote his entire annual meeting to exploring “the role of spirituality in health care.” Given the growing interest in the subject at that time, this seemed like a good idea – just not one that was unanimously embraced. One member of the association resigned immediately following the conference.

michael_seek-bw

By Michael Seek

Homeopathy, Bebop and Other 'Revelations'

Tony Lobl

By Tony Lobl

In deadlocked debates it's often useful to step back and ask: "Could there be another perspective?"

Take homeopathy, conceived in 1796 by German physician Samuel Hahnemann on the controversial basis "less is more" - that is, the active ingredient in the remedy is often diluted to the point where there's arguably none left.

¿Cuál es tu seguro de salud? (What is your health insurance?)

Leide Lessa

By Leide Lessa
