Berlin, Germany — Christian Science is a spiritual adventure taking us on a journey which surprises and transforms us.
My spiritual adventure started as a boy when I took care of pets and family members, strangers and friends, and healings occurred. In school I was already lending a listening ear to those in need and sharing my understanding of “the law of good.” I loved nature and enrolled at Hamburg University, studying earth sciences, also doing extensive research in forestry in Newfoundland (Canada) and experiencing there a transforming healing through prayer.
I have enjoyed working in the Christian Science movement over many years and began advertising in the Christian Science Journal in 2006. In 2012, I became a Christian Science Teacher. For 16 years I served as a Committee on Publication for Germany, which gave me plenty of opportunities to speak with people from many different religious, political and social backgrounds on matters of religion, spirituality and health, prayer in daily life – and healing that comes from a growing understanding of God as Life itself, and God as divine Truth.
There are several topics I truly care about: the appearing of the dignity of all races, the equalizing effect of the Christ on all classes and ages, and the question of what contribution we all can give to the changing faces of society. As a father and husband, and as a practitioner who often works with families, I have a special affection for children and young people.
I live with my family in Berlin, Germany, which I regard as a special place to be.
I have spoken to a variety of audiences in England, Switzerland and Germany, and I am available to lecture in English and German.
