Nancy Mooslin | Los Angeles, California, USA

Christian Science and the creative process

“I would like my work to be a search for truth, a search for God.”

For Nancy Mooslin, art and Christian Science have always gone hand in hand—and not just because they’ve both been central to her life. Both, she says, require a willingness to swim against the current of mainstream thought, with all its limitations and misinformation. But the work is worth it. Through Christian Science, says Mooslin, she’s caught a glimpse of spiritual reality. And with her art, she hopes to capture it.
