Pipes on the Plaza

Come inside and hear a live performance of great music on one of the largest pipe organs in the world!

Pipes on the Plaza

Treat yourself to a moving experience by stepping into the magnificent auditorium of The Mother Church. Every other month, regular organ concerts are presented by accomplished organists from around the Boston area, including Bryan Ashley, Organist of The Mother Church. These consist of midday concerts, a yearly afternoon concert as part of the Fenway Alliance's "Opening Our Doors" activities, and a December concert. All performances are free of charge and take place in the Extension (large church edifice). Visitors are welcome to take a free guided church tour afterward. The Church was founded in 1879 by Mary Baker Eddy and is based on the teachings of Christ Jesus as found in the Bible.
