Online shop

If you're not close by, no worries! You can still buy anything we carry by calling to place an order, or, if you prefer, directly from the The Christian Science Publishing Society.

Reference Area

Did Christian Science healing happen in 1898? You bet! Look it up in Bound Volumes, a hardcover book collection of magazine archives. Bound Volumes consists of the Christian Science Sentinel magazine (1898-present) and The Christian Science Journal (1883-present).

Patrons frequently research articles by their favorite writer, and either read them in the store or have staff photocopy articles. The Reference section also has dictionaries, synonym finders, thesauri, Mary Baker Eddy's published writings, Bibles, Bible commentaries, Bible dictionaries, and English Bible translations. In-store copies of all the products for sale are available for use during a visit.

Staff helping customer

In addition to Bound Volumes, there are computer program research tools and Web tools to use, free of charge, including full access to JSH-Online, the online subscription service to the Journal, Sentinel and Herald, current, web originals and archived content. There is a computer dedicated to just that, equipped to do research in the Bible, Mary Baker Eddy's writings, and JSH-Online. Staff eagerly await to help you with all the research tools!
