Christian Science Lectures

Lecture Area FAQ’s

Why’d you move your pages?

By hosting the Board of Lectureship Web pages on christianscience.com we are able to make information about our lecturers more available to the pubic. It also offers an opportunity to add new options to our Web pages and provide better resources to lecture committees.

What’s new about the site?

This website provides a number of new features including a discussion forum for lecture committees and the public to share ideas about Christian Science lectures, videos, a podcast series, easier navigation, and an online lecture application form.

When are you going to get online lecture applications?

We expect to have an online lecture application form up and running by July 1, 2009.

Why no more Publicly Speaking?

As branches are sharing their ideas and successes on our forums where everyone can read the posts, there is no need for a bi-monthly publication. We invite you to post on our moderated discussion forum and visit frequently to read what others are saying about lectures.

Past issues of Publicly Speaking will be available on the website for a year. Click here to view past issues.

Do I need to register on the website to view the “Let’s Talk about Lectures” discussion forum or post fruitage?

Anyone can view the ideas shared on the forums. However, in order to post your ideas and fruitage, you will need to register and log on to the site. All postings are moderated so there will be a delay before your posting is available for everyone to view.
