Thanks for sharing. I love the ideas in this lecture. Especially meaningful is the idea of keeping my thought up in the “secret place of the most High”–keep it up with God, all-powerful goodness and Love,–rather than let it come down into a fearful, mental conversation how sickness and suffering have power over me. I am to guard the door of my mental house. Keep out the fear and let in the ideas God gives.

What a wonderful Lecture! Marceil DeLacy gives me such a feeling of empowerment. I loved the quote she shared from Stephen Gottchalk\’s Book Rolling Away the Stone where he says about Mrs. Eddy — “… she understood it required sustained periods of quietness in which the insistent voice of the world and its materialism is silenced and those who commune with God wait for His voice to be heard.\” Marceil tells us how to silence the fear and clamor of all materialistic thinking by turning to The Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.

I didn’t notice these lectures being available until this morning. Following the “daily lift” comments, several mentioned the lecture until I began to look for the possibility of it being online. This is so helpful having it available to us anywhere and anytime.
